Multiple Deadpool Playthroughs

Hey guys, does anyone know if your items carry over from playthrough to playthrough?  I'm guessing they probably do beacuse I don't see how it could be possible to unlock ALL the weapons and perks in just a single playthrough.  If any of you know please let me know!
